Lead capture asks shoppers for an email address right before their results appear. It is part of the Pro plan.
- Open the quiz from Quizzes and find Lead capture: collect shopper emails (Pro).
- Turn on Ask shoppers for their email before showing results. Shoppers see a short email step after the last question. If saving their email fails, they still see their results.
- Optional: write your own Email step heading. Leave blank to use the default wording.
- Decide whether to keep Let shoppers skip the email step on. It is recommended: if you turn it off, shoppers must enter an email to see their results, so you collect more addresses but fewer shoppers may finish the quiz.
- Save the quiz. The email step shows on the storefront once the quiz is published.
Shoppers see "Your email goes to this store so they can follow up on your matches." under the email box. If you downgrade from Pro, the quiz stops asking, and the leads you already collected stay on your Leads page.
Find your leads

- To send each new address to your own tools as it arrives, use a webhook: Connect other tools.
