A quiz recommends a product only when the product can be bought and fits the shopper's answers. Check these in order.
- Published to the Online Store? Products that are not published to the Online Store sales channel are not considered.
- Sold out? A product with variants is skipped when none of its variants can be bought. Restock it and give it a few minutes: the product list is refreshed about every 10 minutes.
- Over budget? If an answer has a price range pick, products outside it are removed before matching. The range's lowest price is included and its highest price is not. The price compared is the price shown on the result card.
- Excluded? An Exclude pick on any answer the shopper chose keeps those products out. Open the quiz and check the answers' picks. An answer's picks are listed under Your picks for this answer.
- Does it fit all the answers? AI Matching shows products that fit what the shopper said. A product that fits only some answers appears as a Closest match, and only when fewer than 3 products fit exactly.
- Too many products? AI Matching considers up to 2,500 products. If your catalog is larger, add picks for the products that matter.
- AI credit used up? The quiz then uses only your picks, so a product with no pick on the shopper's answers does not appear. Add picks, or wait for credit to return. See Plans and AI credit.
